Get registered for the 2025 Iowa Master Conservationist Program. This program teaches about Iowa's natural ecosystems and the diversity of conservation challenges and opportunities that exist in the region.
The program consists of 12 hours of online curriculum and seven face-to-face meetings. The online lessons can be reviewed by participants at their own pace at home or in one of the county Extension offices. The 7 face-to-face meetings will build on the online lessons and be held at various county locations from 5:30-8:30pm on Thursdays beginning Aug 14th.
Local partners include Clayton County Conservation and Fayette County Conservation, Clayton County Pheasants Forever, Fayette County Pheasants Forever, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Upper Iowa University, and local landowners.
Registration for the course is $50 and is due at the time of registration. Deadline to register is Aug. 12. Contact the Clayton County ISU Extension Office at (563) 245-1451.
