Bid Postings
The Clayton County Conservation Board will receive bids for the plumbing connection in the prefabricated showerhouse of the Osborne Campground Project. All bids are due in the Conservation Office, Osborne Conservation Center, 29862 Osborne Road, Elkader, Iowa 52043 by Monday, September 9th before 4:30PM.
The Clayton County Conservation Board will receive bids for two farms for lease to be operated in the 2025, 2026, and 2027 crop years (3-year contract). All bids are due in the Conservation Office by Monday, October 7 before 4:30PM.
30.62 acres of hay ground located at: 28.42 ac. m/l; located at 36061 Millville Rd. and 2.2 acre field on Pumpkin Ridge Road near Millville.
59.2 acres of row crop located at: Millville near the intersection of Hwy 52 and the Great River Road.

Clayton County Conservation Board
The mission of the Clayton County Conservation Board is to promote the health and general welfare of the people; and to encourage preservation, conservation, education and recreation through responsible use and appreciation of our natural resources and cultural heritage.
The BoARD
The Clayton County Conservation Board is a 5-member volunteer board appointed by the Clayton County Board of Supervisors to a 5-year rotating term. The Conservation Board usually meets the second Tuesday of each month at the Osborne Conservation Center.
