Reservations Required

The next Older, Wiser, Livelier, Soul’s program will be on Thursday, November 16th. This year’s theme is “Iowa, Then and Now”, and the last destination this season will be a visit the Richardson-Jakway Historic Site. Learn about the rich history of this early pioneer homestead that is part of the Silos and Smokestacks National Heritage Area and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Participants should meet at Osborne Park at 10:00 AM to carpool to the destination.

Sign up online at https://www.claytoncountyconservation.org/upcoming-events  or by calling (563) 245-1516. Osborne Nature Center is located on HWY 13 five miles south of Elkader. The center is open weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
